Quick Start
Run a first Rubric AI grading workflow with a teacher-reviewed essay feedback draft.
Before you begin
Prepare one student essay or practice sample, the assignment instructions, and the rubric you want to use. Remove unnecessary student identifiers before uploading work.
Grade an essay
- Open the grading tool from the Rubric AI dashboard.
- Paste the essay text or upload a supported document.
- Select the closest IB workflow, such as TOK, Extended Essay, IA, or English Paper.
- Start the analysis and wait for the feedback draft.
Review the result
Use the draft as a starting point. Check whether each comment matches the actual student work, adjust the tone for your class, and remove anything that does not reflect your professional judgment.
Share feedback
After review, copy the approved comments or use the sharing workflow in Rubric AI. Keep a record of any teacher edits when your school requires assessment documentation.
