Platform Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in Rubric AI — including its algorithms, software, interfaces, and underlying technology — are the exclusive property of Rubric AI and its service providers.

User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of all essays, feedback, and grading data you upload or create using the Service.

By using Rubric AI, you grant us a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to process that data solely to deliver and improve the Service.

Rubric AI does not sell or use your data for unrelated model training without your explicit consent.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
